FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
 1. How is your school different from other schools?
In our classes we strive to insure that you get the highest level of Krav Maga self defense training on Long Island. We do this through a number of unique ways.
A. Our instructors train with Krav Maga's highest ranking Israeli trained Instructor in the U.S, Rhon Mizrachi. Because of this hands-on training we can not only steadily improve our own Krav Maga skills, but make sure our students are learning all that Krav Maga has to offer. We cannot expect dedicated training from our students if we ourselves are not committed to Krav Maga training.
B. We do not test our own students for their next rank. This is to insure that we show no partiality. All of our students who are ready to test do so under the watchful eye of Krav Maga Federation instructors from another Federation schools. This insures that we teach well, so that when the time comes, our students may prove their skills well.

Krav Maga (Hebrew for "contact combat") is the official self-defense style of the Israeli Defense Forces (IDF), Israeli Special Forces, and Israeli Police. In the United States, civilian men, women, children, police officers, the FBI, sky marshalls, and various armed forces have trained in Krav Maga. Krav Maga maximizes people's natural abilities as they train to defend themselves against attacks of all kinds. The style can be readily adapted to an individual's strengths and limitations.
